Terms of Service
The following Terms of Service (TOS) constitute an agreement between d’avi knitwear and you, the visitor, governing your access and use of all content and functionalities available at the daviknitwear’s website.
By visiting the Site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the TOS. We may modify the TOS
from time to time and your continued use of this Site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified TOS. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS, then you must immediately stop using the Site.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unpaid Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
d’avi knitwear offers products that require custom fabrication and hand knitting. This process usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity of garment or accessory and the availability of the European imported yarns. In case yarns or colors are not available anymore, we will advise and let you choose between getting a refund and choosing other available options.
Prices shown on the Site are in CAD Dollars and are inclusive of taxes and shipping costs. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in CAD Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable PayPal exchange rate on the date the financial transaction is processed.
In order to maintain the integrity and quality of your d’avi knitwear garment, you must strictly follow the care instructions that came in the package and are also published on the web site.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
d’avi knitwear insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by d’avi knitwear, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Making a return for a refund or exchange is easy, just send us an email at daviknitwear@gmailcom and tell us what you would like to do and why. All returns must be made within 14 days of initial delivery date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returned d’avi knitwear products must be insured for their true price and must be marked RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
If you wish to exchange your item for a more expensive one, we will send you a separate PayPal invoice for the difference. If you wish to exchange your item for a less expensive one, we will refund you the difference through PayPal.
You must return the d’avi knitwear products unworn, in their original box, with all original tags and care instructions. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer and a refund not issued.
